Return & Exchange
Offering a smooth and hassle-free experience to you is our top priority. We check multiple times before shipping. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are happy to accept returns and issue refunds/replacements. Please notify PETAL HOME at email@example.com about receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to you.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc. We will be arranging pickup within 4-5 working days from the date of return request.
Once the returned product is received by us in its original state and has been approved by our quality team, we will process your exchange or refund. Please allow us 7-10 working days for processing your returns/exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account. We will notify you by email/phone once the refund/exchange has been processed.
The following products cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Products bought under sale or special promotion
- Products for which such a condition is mentioned in the product description
- Products customized as per your order
- Products returned without their original packaging, original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
